Transparent pricing
We believe in keeping costing simple and straightforward, giving clients a guide price which is agreed at the start once we have completed a thorough review of the work to be done. We then provide an open book in terms of expense and revenue so you can clearly see what you are paying for during your project.
Visible
Our pricing is referred to as Cost-Plus pricing. So once we have agreed a guide price, we commence the work with an open book. During the weekly payment plan, you will see the costs that have come in and our charges as separate entities, keeping everything clear. Any additional work is raised as a Notice Of Additional Works (NOAW) that needs to be approved by you before any work is done.
Clear
We like to invoice at specified, evenly spaced points across the time of a project based on the work done and that planned for the following segment. This helps our clients to budget and to know when to expect a payment. The nature of renovation means that often more costs are incurred at the commencement of a project so invoices can sometimes be weighted proportionately more at the start and they reduce over the lifetime of the project.
